Full Description: Villa Mentari or Rising Sun Villa is a luxury 5 bedroom beach & river front villa situated in an enormous private beach garden in North Bali that is set on a 125 ARE (1.25 hectares / 3.15 acre) land, enjoys the beach, river & ocean views.
Located approx. 2.5 hrs drive from Bali+a-a+s international airport (or 30-40 minutes with helicopter, heli-pad available) in the tranquil Lovina beach area.
Lovina is becoming more and more popular with people who know how to
appreciate the real Bali, and this villa occupies a prime beach front
location in the rural North.
The villa has two floors. The spacious master bedroom looks over the ocean,
and has a jacuzzi in the bathroom.& another 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The top floor has an office with computer
& internet (WIFI) connection and a printer as well as a library, adjacent to the 4th bedroom that enjoys the garden and ocean views. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, self controlled satellite TV & a stereo. Additionally there is a guest house that accomodate 2 person or 1 couple comfortably. All rooms
are spacious, indulgent and exclusive
The living & dining area is about 195 square meters & is air-conditioned,
with a grand piano.
This villa accommodates 10 people (5 couples) comfortably & has a small
marina with a boat and jet ski; the villa also has a tennis
court and golf driving range.
The villa has excellent privacy with ± 140 m2 of terrace. The infinity pool
is 18x9 meters large. There are two jacuzzi+a-a+s, one outside near the main
pool and one in the master en-suite.
Total building size is about 1100 square meters. Living & dining room is
195 square meters.
